Everything was delicious & service was great! I believe our waitress name was Jay Jay and she was so sweet. I tried the lavender haze cocktail & it was 5/5. For food I had the Brussel sprouts, pickle board & duck fat fries. Everything was delicious, presented well, good portion sized. Super happy I found this place - it has an intimate vibe and was a perfect spot for a date night or catching up with a friend.

I cannot give more than 5 starts, but I would like to. Tonight we went to "Date Night" at the Tasting Room. One of the chefs told us that was the restaurant's way to compete with "Magical Dining" available at many other restaurants. On that note, my husband and I have been together for 23 years, and I look at every Magical Dining menu, but NEVER found items on the menus both of us would like. Date Night consists of a preset menu of 8 items to share. The price is $75/couple (paid in advance). After service another bill is presented for tax (6.5%) and tip (20%). Tax is always paid, and I always tip 20+% due to top quality food and service. I thought based on the price, the portions would be small, boy I was wrong. We each are all of our She Crab Soup, and only part of everything else, and had them box up the leftovers. Personally I didn't care for the Collard Greens, it was the first time I ever had them. I am not a fan of vinegar, which is probably why. We had a great time. On another note, The Tasting Room is our favorite restaurant. We found it when we lived in Waterford Lakes, and now we live in Poinciana. We drive over an hour each way to enjoy dinner here, and it is well worth the drive. A personal request to the chef, the She Crab soup from the Date Night menu was the favorite item for both of us. We agreed we would love to have you add this soup to the regular menu, it is simply amazing! Please not the pictures below for date night begin with the soup, those before that are from a previous visit. The staff, as always are great, from the server to others that walk by and help out.
