I have lived a few streets over for about 14 years. I used to go when it was just a bowling alley and today was my first time going in. I was shocked and disappointed I hadn't gone here earlier. From the first steps I could tell it was a whole different vibe but still had some lanes available. The food was amazing, I sat outside with it being such a nice day. They are pet friendly so I wish I would have taken my frenchies with me. My server was Savannah and she was such a breath of fresh air. She is down to earth, funny and her attentiveness can only be comparable to her attractiveness! I ordered the burger subbed grilled chicken and added double protein, and onion rings. I can be a bit picky but she rolled with the punches and brought me exactly what I ordered. I also got the funnel cake fries. Top notch. I left ready for a nap and satisfied. Must go. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

UPDATE: tried to give It one more chance went there with my brother for dinner. No one else in the dining room four people on the patio for music trivia someone bowling all the TVs were on with sound so we had music trivia bowling TVs with football games all at the same time and the hamburgers were $18 - gotta go. The server practically begged us to stay. UPDATE: tonight it’s a Beastie Boys cover band loud yelling screaming the F word you name it.Ok, fine in a concert venue, but this is not. Unclear how that went over with some of your eat in customers, especially with kids, or with your neighboring businesses. This is a residential neighborhood and I called to complain, we are angry. Also was told the cops had been called. Clearly, we are not the only ones who were upset.They say they’re within the allowed decibel level. Just because you are, doesn’t mean that is the only guideline. Big difference. The woman who answered the phone needs to understand that people are angry. When you hang up on someone, you’re hanging up on someone who patronizes your restaurant. we aren’t just random people calling. We are people in the neighborhood who eat there, but never again! The caller might be a customer trying to enjoy their evening without being screamed at by a so- so band. Bad choice. Please remember this is a very small venue. It’s outdoors. I’m assuming the band is facing towards the neighborhood and the sound carries particularly the vocalist and the drum kit. To hide behind the fact that you’re within the decibel level is ridiculous. If you’re only concerned about that, not the reality of that noise on others, then you’re not a good neighbor to residents and your neighboring businesses. Also shame on the city of Wheat Ridge for allowing that to happen. Come listen to a band like that for 2 1/2 hours and tell me if that’s an acceptable decibel level in a residential neighborhood. Outdated Update- sound level was much better tonight. Thank you. Fun band. So Ordered a Flatbread, strawberry salad and Reuben takeout Saturday all pretty good! Nice patio We live in the neighborhood and we have ordered from the Werks several times since opening however never eaten in. We want to patronize local businesses. The burgers are good! And big! It looks like a really fun place. My main concern is the Friday night bands, which are fine, I love music, but I called today to ask if they could hold the noise level down a bit for the residential neighborhood and was told that they were allowed per city ordinance to have 85 dB maximum. Not a lot of concern for the neighbors just what they could do legally. She did say I could call back later tonight if it’s loud, but not sure how that works for the band playing and how they would have to adjust their sound levels in real time. That’s why I called ahead of time. This is a very small space, not a concert venue. they’re playing out on a patio which is quite small. I’m not entirely sure why you need to blast the music for the customers, I’ve been to hundreds of concerts in my life In all kinds of venues. I usually can’t hear my music I am trying to play on my balcony because of the Werks music. I don’t know that I want to patronize a business that doesn’t seem to care about neighbors so that’ll have to be a future consideration. Unclear. Don’t think they quite realize how that sound travels especially the vocalist and the drum kit. I haven’t seen the set up, but I assume that the band is facing west. It’s already a pretty noisy neighborhood. I know it’s only one summer night a week. Just an ask. Food: 1
