Poor customer service. Love Whitby but won't be visiting this pub again due to staff. Price per person: £10–20

Dog friendly if you sit in the back. Prices okay. Never eat anything, just in and out.

Thank you for the review, just to clarify we only ask people with dogs to sit in the back on Fridays and Saturdays when the front room is very busy and loud to prevent any accidental harm coming to our fur babies, any other time they are welcome anywhere also we don’t serve food however you are more than welcome to bring your own in, thanks again and hope to see you again soon

Visited Whitby on our recent 3 day break, where we called in at the Whitby Way (Thursday afternoon 13th November, it was very quiet we were the only ones in, the pub itself was fine and the young barmaid was pleasent enough, my beef was the prices, we visited several pubs in Whitby but this was by far the most expensive £8.50 for a pint of icebreaker ipa and a ½ of Madri, as it was we just had the one drink but had the prices been more in line with other pubs in the area we would have stayed for more drinks. Whether there's a price for locals and a different price for visitors, either way there not doing themselves any favours at those prices.
