For a long time I have not been in a place with simplicity and silence on the one hand and sophistication and bursting creativity on the other. The menu looks simple, but the combinations and ideas the chef created in it are just crazy! Flavors that I didn't imagine would work together, and not only that they work, they are simply delicious! The service is at the highest level, waiters who talk passionately about food, are happy to help and provide genuine and wholehearted service. Needless to say that the wine menu is extremely rich (being a wine bar), Somalia helped us choose the most suitable wine for our atmosphere and palate. Brut is a well-known institution in Tel Aviv that manages to maintain its qualities, along with being up-to-date and creative.
