Finally found my way to the restaurant within the hotel complex.
Quiet efficient and well managed restaurant with good staffing for Michelin standards. Each staff member had their role and was quietly undertaking it.
Slight glitch being that the centre tables positioning meant staff struggled to get serving trays through
Two amuse bouche were followed by 7 courses
The best was a quite superb octopus slow cooked sous vide for 12 hours. Sadly the mushroom Risotto had lots of Parmesan on, not my taste.
Each course was superbly and beautifully presented and flavoured. Both the Fish and the beef cooked to perfection.
One other glitch was ordering my usual soda and lime as a refresher, sadly overly sweet cordial not fresh juice and had to wait three courses to remind them that I had ordered it.
A great experience well managed and balanced.Toilets were clean, hand dryer started ice cold but better after a bit.
Thanks to all the staff, a lovely 33rd Michelin Star experience
