Thorntons emailed me a $10.00 Off coupon for a carton of Marlboro Cigarettes so I bought 2 cartons actually and it would not honor the coupon that they sent me, when I talked to the store manager I was told to call their corporate office which was a joke I talked to some other country and could not even understand them. I refuse to go to any Thorntons gas station again and will let as many people know how they are.

I can’t believe Elmhurst allows a business like this to keep operating. I go to 3 different pumps, none of which are working, I finally go inside and an extremely unhelpful cashier tells me all their card readers are broken and they are out of premium gas completely. I actually thought she was joking. A customer next to me told me this happens all the time. Nice way to waste my time when you can’t sell the one thing you’re supposed to provide.
