Best paleo, keto, gluten free bread in New Zealand by far. Paleo Seed is my favorite, and must be everyone else’s too as it’s the hardest one to find unless I get in first or order it. This is the only bread in NZ that I can actually have a tasty, soft sandwich with. Love the sourdough too. Apart from day of, I freeze them all as soon as I get them so that it’s as yummy as first day. Toast is straight from there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So excited to get to visit Thoroughbread and meet Rebecca in the real when we passed through Levin on our way back to South Otago. We’ve been buying her award winning breads online for a while now. They are absolutely the best grain free breads we’ve eaten. Rebecca was so lovely and kind and sent us off with a big box of deliciousness. Thoroughly recommend them!!
