I can honestly say three alarm is one of my all time favorite bars. I used to come here every night. The staff was amazing. The regulars are like family to me. I’d look forward to coming in and seeing my fav regulars, the cook Troy is amazing, and of course see my favorite staff.
Up until about a month ago, I loved everything about it. But the manager Sandy is very unprofessional. She fires perfectly great and reliable staff without any warnings-simply because she doesn’t like them. And those still around live in stress and anxiety about job security.
She brings back previous bartenders who are unreliable and not attentive and quite frankly should NOT be bartenders based off previous events. The reviews about JJ below are fake. He gives out favors for a good review and that’s gross…
I now have to wait 20 minutes to get a drink because they are either understaffed or simply not attentive at all. I watch many around me get upset about being ignored or forgotten about after they’ve ordered.
I’m honestly so disappointed in the manager Sandy. She needs to learn how to manage better, because she acts like an immature teenager. I see all this as a regular, I’ve never worked here and I see all this. That’s how bad it is. Not a good look. Do better Sandy.
