My family and I visited THREEFOLD PASTRY for the first time after walking past and noticing how busy it was. We thought we’d give it a try, and we’re glad we did. We ordered the chicken pie, and it was absolutely delicious. The filling was flavourful, and the pastry was beautifully flaky and fresh. We also tried a selection of their pastries, and everything tasted freshly made, clean, and of high quality. You can really tell they put care into their baking. The cashier who served us was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service, which made our first visit even more enjoyable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the coffee wasn’t quite to my taste. It wasn’t bad by any means—just not the style or flavour I personally prefer. It was still perfectly drinkable, just not as impressive as the food. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely come back for the pies and pastries. If you’re looking for a tasty breakfast or a quick bite, especially if you’re near Parramatta Train Station, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. A Parisian boulangerie in Parramatta ? the pain au chocolat .. .. to die for buttery , crispy , golden and light . I’d rate it as the best in Sydney . Meal type: Other Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Solid almond croissant. Flaky pastry with beautiful presentation and shaped flake ridge. Slightly greasy and a touch too much filling, although neither is enough to mark down for.
