Muy bien ubicado próximo a la estación de tren que se encuentra a 200 metros de hotel. El trayecto al centro de Londres es 15 minutos al igual q al aeropuerto de gatwick.Las habitaciones limpias y la cama muy confortable. El personal del hotel muy amableBuen desayuno con horario amplio.Relación calidad precio con lo que he visto en otros sitios inmejorable, muy recomendable.

Terrible experience for the price honestly we came at 2:30 and the lady said to check in early was an extra 10 pounds I insisted I did not want to pay after asking me 5 times she didn't even offer to put are bags in the bags room then to make it even worse once 3 o'clock came she told me i booked a disabled room and I told her that I wouldn't book that room incase someone actually needed it then after changing that she told me that i,ve booked for 1 person when i was with my husband and 2 little girls and then with a very rude attitude she told me to make sure i know what I was booking next time this trip was for business not leisure i am always on business and i,m always booking rooms for business she gave me my room card i quickly put my bag in didn't look at the room when i came back up she told me if the bed did not get made to come and tell her so I simply told her I was going for food with my 2 little girls and going round the town so she would have lots of time to make the kids bed i came back 3 hours later bed was still not made since I have a six year old she was really tired had to keep her up for an extra hour thne I had to go back down stairs for a room change because of a strong smell of milk inside the room so I got a room change after nearly half an hour of asking 11:00 pm comes my 2 little girls are asleep aged 6 and 10 I was half asleep me and my 2 little girls woke up with a loud sound of banging from the whole hallway so at first I just left it tried to fall back asleep but this went on for well over half a hour so I go to the door and I did shout to them because there was over 10 people running up and down the hallway so then they went back in my room and 5 minutes later I hear them again so I go down to reception in the lift but as I get out of the lift one of the boys have came down the stairs and followed me then he rushed back up so I get somone to come and talk to them about the situation terrible hotel and even worse experience do not stay Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

We made a mistake with our booking for a stay at Premier Inn London Croydon Town Centre hotel. It was after 24 hrs when we realized the fault. Now we would like to change the location to Premier Inn London Wimbledon (Broadway) hotel for the same period and with even higher rate. After a long discussion on the phone with the staff of the reservation department. We were told that the change is not possible. Even we mentioned that we are willing to pay the additional fee for changing the booking. The staff did not accept any arguments. We have been customers of Premier Inn for many years, mostly in other countries. In the past Premier Inn staffs also made some mistakes and we accepted and showed our compassion and undersatnding. Why in case the customers made mistakes, Premier Inn is not willing to help them? We did and will not cause any harms, we even wanted to create higher revenue for Premiert Inn. Why don't your staffs want to help us? We are not satisfied with your interact with your customers. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 1
