We got mazesoba with the extra agu pork. I liked that we got a free side of rice to finish the sauce. Amazing agu pork! The mazesoba was okay. I would come back here just for the pork. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Order your favorite Taiwanese ramen from the ticket vending machine and enjoy! Real food! I also ordered the char siu rice for the lunch set I'm from Aichi Prefecture, the birthplace of Taiwanese ramen, so I've eaten a lot of Taiwanese ramen, and I may sound like a boss, but the first thing I'd like to point out is that they have a slotted spoon. Even in Okinawa Prefecture, there are many types of ramen with minced meat, such as Taiwanese ramen and tantan noodles, but there are not many ramen with a hole in them, which is this world-famous invention. I want to fully enjoy the minced meat, chives, and bean sprouts that spilled out at the end, but they are difficult to remove with chopsticks or astragalus. Now, regarding the taste of Taiwanese ramen, the large pieces of minced meat had a strong presence and was very good. I guess the soup and noodles are orthodox. It was delicious as usual, but I think it would have been better if it had one more punch. The char siu rice had a fragrant aroma from the roasted char siu, but I think it would have been nice if it had some condiments like gray onions on it. . . I'm also interested in the set menu, which includes tonkatsu, fried chicken, and spring rolls. I wonder if it's a Chinese pub at night? I'm also curious about that. Thank you for the meal
