This was the worst experience at Chickie and Pete's ever. First of all, the self-order kiosks did not work, so we had to go to the manned kiosk. We ordered crab fries, two burgers with cheese, and a cheese pizza. We tried to pay with the zoo gift cards, but some of them didn't work. The pizza oven wasn't working properly, and the wait took 30 minutes. Eventually, they gave us two crab fries, two burgers withOUT cheese, and no pizza. Then, we went inside to the cafeteria area and the table was shaking. This was the worst experience ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went to Tiger Terrace for lunch, grabbed some food and sat inside because it was a really hot day. Our group had 4 toddlers and we were surprised that they only had 2 high chairs available (one was already being used). They don't have any high chairs outside and don't offer boosters for the toddlers. We used 1 high chair but had to keep the kids in the stroller so they could eat lunch, making sure nothing was blocking the way. The place was not crowded and everything was going ok. A lady from the staff started to scream that all people with a stroller had to leave, that there was a "no stroller" sign on the door. We did our best to get them to finish eating and collect our things but she was rude and kept screaming and walked around the room pretending she was on the phone with someone saying "some people are refusing to leave the place with the strollers", threating people who was still there. Other members of the staff were watching it all sitting on a table close to the entrance and did nothing. There were people there eating with little babies and toddlers, how can you expect someone with kids to get up and leave like that? I felt really disrespected, that was not the kind of service or behavior i'd expect of a place in the zoo. It's absurd to kick out people with babies and toddlers using the stroller to help them have lunch when you can't even offer enough high chairs and boosters. That kind of thing excludes moms, nannies, babies and kids from nice places to eat, i don't recommend tiger terrace and it's not kid-friendly at all! I'll also make a formal complaint to the zoo about this situation. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
