I was disappointed with my experience at Tiger Winx. They do not allow customers to bring home-cooked food or baon, which was frustrating for our group. We understand that restaurants may have their own policies, but we felt that the staff handled the situation in a very rude and unprofessional manner. One of my friend's bags was removed from a chair without properly asking first, and the way some staff members spoke to us felt disrespectful. We also witnessed a kid selling graham balls being told to leave, and although we understand that the establishment may have rules regarding outside selling, the way the situation was handled and the tone used seemed unnecessarily harsh. We respect the restaurant's policies, but we hope the management can improve how their staff communicate with customers and other people. Rules should be enforced respectfully and professionally.
