Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de Tim Hortons, puesto que es famoso por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Aquí encontrarás una espectacular atmósfera. Pero este lugar ha recibido una valoración por debajo de la media en Google.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Tim Hortons. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Habanero Bowl and was told they only had crispy chicken available. I asked whether they were completely out of grilled chicken or if it simply needed to be cooked. The employee told me it needed to be cooked. When I asked how long that would take, I was suddenly told they had some ready. After receiving my order, I discovered it wasn’t a Grilled Chicken Habanero Bowl at all—it was made with shredded chicken and cilantro lime dressing. I had to go back through the drive-thru to have the order corrected. When I explained the mistake, the employee insisted that I had ordered the cilantro option. The problem is that I absolutely hate cilantro and would never intentionally order anything with cilantro dressing. I asked for the bowl to be remade, but was then told it would take another 10 minutes for grilled chicken. At that point, I told them to just make it with crispy chicken because I wasn’t willing to wait any longer. When I finally received the replacement bowl, the employee had a very poor attitude and made the entire situation even more frustrating. This occurred on June 12 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service I just waited 30 minutes in the drive through waiting for a ice Capp, in no world is that a proper wait time for a fast food place, along with this 2 cars behind me backed out and just left because wait times were so long. They were visibly under staffed which clearly reflects their managements shortcomings. On top of all this employees seemed untrained and my drink was made incorrectly, one of the works told me that they pressed the wrong button and had to take my order twice and didn’t know how to operate the headset to speak to the drive through speaker. I confirmed with my friend who works at a separate Tim’s that my drink was made incorrectly. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There is one lady working the drive through that rude and will also not allow 2 orders to be placed.
