I bought a milkshake from Tim Hortons at around 3 AM, and this is the second time I’ve had the same issue during the night shift. Instead of a proper milkshake, I was given something that tasted like flavored water with almost no milkshake consistency. It’s very disappointing to pay for a milkshake and receive a watered-down drink. This has now happened twice, so it seems like a recurring problem. I hope management looks into the quality control during late-night hours. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty disappointing overall. Expensive and small portions. Avoid. The wrap and shake looked decent at first, but that’s where the positives ended. The wrap was barely filled, just a single chicken strip, a bit of lettuce and barely any sauce; honestly felt like I paid for an empty tortilla. The chocolate milkshake looked good but the taste was lacking, with lots of tiny icy bits that made it unpleasant to drink. For the price, the whole experience was underwhelming. Not recommended. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Being from Canada, I was really tempted to try the UK version of Tim Hortons. So dont get me wrong here, the food is much better than the Timmies in Canada. However, we ordered two menus with roughly 3-4 items each and we had to go back three time to claim missing fries, burger, and drink. Anyways, there is obviously room for improvement Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
