SUCH A SHAME!!! We visited the drive-thru around 12:15pm for just 4 drinks. There were at least 7 cars in front and 5-6 behind us, and it still took nearly 20-30 minutes to get our order. It was obvious only one person was running the entire store handling drive-thru, counter, and everything else. I know this probably won’t change anything at the store, but it’s such a shame and disappointing to see such mismanagement. Customers shouldn’t wait that long, and no employee should be left to manage everything alone. Management needs to do better, Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I visited Tim Hortons today and had a great experience. The service was fast, the staff were polite, and my order was exactly right. The coffee was fresh and tasted better than usual, and the food was warm and well prepared. The place was clean and organized, which made it comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. You can tell the team cares about quality and customer experience. I will definitely come back again.
