Very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. I have been to many Tim Hortons locations before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The wait time was extremely long, and despite not being very busy, service was unusually slow. Customers should not have to wait such a long time just for a simple order. The lack of efficiency and urgency from the staff was frustrating and disappointing. I usually enjoy visiting Tim Hortons, which is why this experience stood out so negatively. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service and wait times in the future. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love coming to this location because the staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even when it’s busy, they take the time to greet you with a smile and make sure your order is right. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is bright, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. Keep up the amazing work!
