Pro tip for other customers : save your time and just ask the worker “ what do you actually have left in stock today?” before you start ordering. You will just get told “ sorry, we don’t have that” 3 times in a row. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the best Tim Hortons experiences we’ve ever had. Kayla was the absolute best, she was kind, quick and extremely pleasant to deal with. Every Tim Hortons should have a Kayla Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

I had a very bad experience at this Tim Hortons. I agree that this is the cleanest store, but the associates threw so much of attitude. The key to customer service is having a smile on the face and showing kindness, but sorry, they don’t seem to know what that even means. I’m not stepping into this store ever.
