Absolutely terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. I placed my order using the self-service machine, paid for it, and was told they never received the order. I had to place the order again and ended up paying twice. The staff were not helpful and made no effort to resolve the issue. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. Customers shouldn’t have to pay twice because of a problem with your system. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I go here everyday before work and there have been multiple times where they don’t give me what I ordered, for example I bought 2 dozen donuts to put in the staff room at work but I only got 1 dozen and when I asked them about the other dozen they seemed annoyed and I only ended up with 1 dozen. Another example is when I ordered my usual order but I never got my muffin so I asked them as nicely as I could if I could get my muffin that I payed for and they again looked very annoyed and gave me a different type of muffin then the one I payed for and I didn’t have the heart at that time to correct them. But the place is good, the location is convenient, and the place is rather tidy, I just think the service could use some improvement. On top of that, the wait time is extremely long. I had to use the app to order 10 minutes ahead of time and sometimes my order was still not ready. I’ve noticed other people waiting a while as well and whenever they said anything, the staff as usual always looked so annoyed as if it’s not their job provide customers with what they paid for. I’ve also had a problem with the doors, the main entrance is so creaky and loud that if I decide to dine in, I have to sit as far away from it as possible. Also the wheelchair button that opens the door hasn’t worked for the past 6 months and as a disabled person, it can be very frustrating sometimes. I feel like I’m being too mean in this review but I’ve been coming here for the past 7 months and the service never improved and it’s starting to bother me Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I regularly visit this Tim Hortons for my coffee and meals, and I always have a great experience. The food is consistently fresh and well presented in the display cases. The staff are friendly, professional, and very efficient, providing excellent customer service every time I visit. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. The washrooms are consistently spotless and hygienic, and the dining area, including the tables, is kept very clean and inviting. I truly appreciate the team’s hard work and dedication to maintaining high standards. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone looking for great coffee, fresh food, and excellent customer service Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
