This is one of the best locations in the southeast, always fresh. And when you ask for cream and sugar, it's not a gamble, you're actually getting what you expect. A lot of coffee tastes burnt these days and Tim Hortons is not what it used to be. So it's hard to find a location that you want to go back to. Come to the mackenzie town location.You won't be disappointed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been to this location TWICE, once today and once two weeks ago. The first time I received a cracked cup.. my iced Capp leaked all into my cup holder. I was inconvenienced but thought I guess that happens sometimes then today I swung by there, ordered an iced Capp and SAME THING! The cup was cracked all over the bottom. Once is a fluke twice is an issue. Will not be returning to this location as they have wasted my money twice. Service: 1
