Came for a quick stop as we were running a bit late and hadn't had our coffee, we ordered drive thru and within seconds of pulling up to the windows we had everything in our order. Coffee tasted just as bad as tims coffee does but cant have it any other way. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff need training on what drinks are and how the pricing works. The owner of this location needs to focus on training and customer service. Do better Tim Hortons.

I'm a driver who spends about 10 hours a day driving and I frequent many of your branches for coffee and food, but I'm tired of encountering the same behavior every time I come here. There are two sides to the queue. When I go to order for myself, you attend to me in about 30 seconds. But why do you ignore me when I, as a delivery person, come to your store, and why do I have to wait for you every time? It's not about the crowds not noticing me; it's about me. Your employees came all the way to the pickup point, delivered the coffee to the other person next to me, and then turned their backs and walked away without even looking at me. I'm attaching the date and time; please check your security camera footage. You should be ashamed of yourselves for employing people with such inflated egos.
