This location used to have great friendly drive thru staff. The last 4 times I’ve been through, specifically in the evening hours (after 7 pm) the staff suck. No pleasantries, and the drive thru staff talk amongst themselves while the customer (moi) can’t even get a “hello or a thank you”. Annoyed enough to write a review for it has happened way too often. Management should have talking to their evening drive thru employees about this. Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20

I know that Tim Hortons has seen a steady decline in quality and service as of recent years and this store personifies this sentiment. They care deeply about drive thru so it usually moves faster if you go that route. To give you an idea, it took me 5 minutes to order 2 combos and 3 donuts, then I was over 15 minutes waiting for the food and the made a drink incorrectly. Not going back Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

During the weekend on our drive to Calgary we had great customer service experience! Barbie was such an amazing team member, service was fast and top notch as she welcomed us with a smile, order was quick and the way she presented herself, supports her collegues during that busy time was so nice to watch! Great training from the Management Team! Kudos! One of the Best location I have gone in Alberta! Will always come back to this location Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
