Terrible customer service by staff and terrible attitude and behaviour by the owner/operator. Ordered two medium drinks (requested less ice) along with some wraps and bangle. Both drinks had a lot more ice and was filled about 3/5 of the cup with liquid. Returned to the drive through and asked them to change the drinks, but both the staff and owner claimed that this is how they serve and what the "standard is", I am surprised that how other Tim Hortons do not follow the standard that this Owner perhaps has which is claimed to be from Tim Hortons?! It is simple as that, the owner follows no tim hortons' standards but only his standard which is to increase his profit margins. Owner/operator proceeded with saying "it will be like this even next time you come back". This was an absolute terrible experience at Tim Hortons, these interactions and customer experiences should definitely be reviewed by Tim Hortons' management companies and head quarters. I will be sending an email to the Tims' headquarter as well. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wish i could give no star at all . poor service , very disrespectful owner or whatever he was manager talking about the standards . Never gonna return over here Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1
