The staff are very unwelcoming. They rarely greet customers or even smile, which makes the experience unpleasant. I use the mobile app so my order is ready before I arrive, but they don’t start making it until I get to the store, defeating the purpose of mobile ordering. When I mentioned this to one of the staff members, her only response was, “Yeah,” with no explanation or apology. I hope they improve both their customer service and how they handle mobile orders. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Tim Hortons is good. The service is nice and quick, and the staff is friendly. The place is clean, and the coffee tastes good. Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick coffee or snack. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
