I love this location, the staff are amazing. I used to go here every day but if I work it’s the opposite direction so I go to a different location that is not nearly as good. If you are a regular they remember your face and what you like (if you order the same thing every day like I do lol). Everything about this timmies location is a 5 star. The only downside is the proximity to schools so they get bombarded by teenagers which wouldn’t be an issue if they knew how to stand in a line and not shout lol. That’s why the atmosphere is a 3 but that is outside of their control. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I had an uncomfortable experience at this Tim Hortons location. I ordered an iced coffee for my husband and asked for sugar as he requested. The staff member asked if I wanted sugar packets, and I clarified that I didn’t.I just wanted one pump:regular. She then asked if I wanted “a lot” or “regular,” and I said regular, specifying one pump. She also told me she wanted me to drink it in front of her. I found this interaction unnecessary and unprofessional. I told her that the drink was for my husband and that I just wanted one pump, but the situation felt awkward and uncomfortable. I understand that staff may want to ensure orders are correct, but the way this was handled did not feel respectful. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service interactions in the future. Meal type: Brunch Service: 1
