A customer service moment I'll probably remember for a long time. Most mornings, my husband and our two golden retrievers stop at this Tim Hortons on their way to the dog park. The dogs know the routine well. As soon as the drive-thru window opens, two golden heads pop out the window hoping for their puppy Timbits. The staff always make sure both dogs get one. Today, however, we changed things up. We had to take our truck to a mechanic, so my husband and I drove separately and then stopped inside this Tim Hortons for breakfast and coffee on our way home. The dogs weren't with us, and we weren't even in the vehicle that normally comes through the drive-thru. When our order was ready, one of the employees brought it over along with a small paper bag. She smiled, patted the bag, and said, "These are for your puppies." Inside were two Timbits. The dogs weren't there. Our usual routine wasn't there. But she remembered us. My husband and I just looked at each other and melted. It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot. It wasn't something that could be trained. It was simply someone paying attention and genuinely caring about the people they see every day. That kind of customer service is rare, and it's what turns an ordinary coffee run into something memorable. Thank you to the employee who did that. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because she absolutely made our day. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Went in late, had to order at the kiosk, was given a watered down cold coffee. I would have been happier with a medium if it wasn’t so weak and cold. This was inside not drive through. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So far the best timmies ive been to! The morning staffs are very friendly, Always smiling and entertaining while we decide for our meal. I felt so welcome here because as a regular customer, Jocelyn always make sure to say hi every visit Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
