Staff was slow, and made multiple mistakes with our order due to a language barrier, waited a half hour for our order to be complete. Food was okay for a coffee shop. The place itself was very tidy, and the supervisor was professional and friendly when it came to resolving our issue. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Stopped here while passing thru on our way up to Cold Lake. Out of the 3 breakfast sandwiches we ordered, 2 of them had fuzz or lint all over the buns. We didn’t realize this until we were too far away and I wasn’t going back. Coffee was good tho. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5

Genuinely one of the unfriendliest tim hortons locations I've ever been to. 90% of the staff are so pissed off they have to even be there, they take it out on the customers, and they don't even fill your drinks all the way at this location lol. The ONLY reason I come to this one is cause the other location is always so busy (wonder why that is) By the looks of most of these other reviews, it seems like tim hortons only cares about taking our money, instead of fixing their issues and staff. Seriously pathetic. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
