Great experience at Tim Hortons! The coffee was fresh, and the food was delicious. Friendly staff, quick service, and a clean atmosphere—definitely a place I’d visit again! I wanted to leave a positive review for Tim Hortons in Carman, but had to remain under an anonymous account due to some of the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered that seems unfixable due to mismanagement. It seems as if employees are "guessing" how to make drinks and failing terribly. It has been an absolute disaster. I get coffee, they cannot follow a simple ratio of 2 cream, 1 sugar. No matter how clear, clarified, or kind - orders are made wrong or completely gross. My 2 cream 1 sugar was 1 to 1 instead. That is the least worst. Imagine getting instant coffee added to an icecap that is already just a weird total liquid ratio that tastes awful, and all of the expresso crumbs are at the bottom of your ice cap (big gross yikes). I have asked for 2 simply sausage on an english muffin, clarified as 2 at least 5 times, please change the order to "2 simply sausage, not 1" and this could not happen. With breakfast being almost over, and a giant line proceeding. This is a very small ratio of the customer service that I have experienced. Including when getting an iced coffee today - and 2 were ordered, the employee was pretty well asking if we wanted sugar in the coffee - they were so rushed with only 1 other person in line for no reason. No sugar - it was absolutely disgusting. For both of us for some reason. This was ordered as normal iced coffee through the app. Mistakes are always made and money is wasted when we hope it will be better. I have never been to an establishment that makes food like this. I cant even ask anyone to remake it because it will be the same gross make of the food. Most of the employees are nice enough and the place seems clean but some employees give attitude. As employees have changed out over the last year, the service and food quality has become unbearable. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
