I really try hard to avoid leaving negative reviews. If I have an experience that’s less than desirable, I try to step back and consider if I may have contributed in any way. I assume it’s just a snapshot in time, and maybe is not an ordinary day for them. However, when I consistently experience cold coffee, no espresso in my coffee despite paying for espresso, the wrong order entirely, and consistently rude staff, I’ll take time out of my day to share that. I’ve reached that threshold with this Tim Hortons location after countless bad experiences. I visit Tim Hortons nearly every single day, regardless of where I’m at, if one is available. I always order the same drink. I work outside of Delaware at times, but I live here. At the location outside of Delaware, which I visit far less often than I patronize the local one, they know my name and my drink as soon as they hear my voice on the speaker. They verbalize my order before I have a chance to. They ask me how my day is going. That kind of customer service doesn’t take any extra time- it’s just customer service done right. Here on William Street, they always seem to be having a bad day no matter what the pace is, or any other factors. And they seem to not be able to get coffee- their specialty- right. I will say the location on 23 in Delaware has never disappointed me. It’s a farther drive, but I’ll have to make that drive henceforth. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered off doordash (payed 20$) and just wanted a simple glazed donut. Then i get a barley glazed donut covered in sprinkles and i absolutely hate sprinkles, i spent 5 minutes picking them off Food: 2 Service: 1

Once again lousy donuts, this time it was one of them was not what was ordered and one had a chunk out of it. The excuses given by staff were the donuts look alike and they stick together. In the end it didn’t matter as two of them were inedible due to the thick glaze on them which made eating them like eating pure sugar. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
