Just went thru the drive thru...no hash brown included in my meal. I live not far away...biscuit sandwich was already ice cold and soggy as if it was thawed out from frozen. I hoped the coffee would at least be okay..nope...watered down and weak.

The staff there seriously need much better training based on what I experienced today. I ordered a #7 combo along with a half dozen donuts. My total came to around $11, and since I had a promotional offer for the half dozen donuts for $4.89, I believed I was getting my #7 combo included with my coffee and hash brown. While waiting at the counter, the employee handed me a bag with only one sandwich inside. I politely asked, “Doesn’t this come with a hash brown and coffee?” The staff looked confused, checked the monitor, then went to the cashier to confirm that I had ordered a #7. The cashier just looked at me without saying anything, and then another employee came over and said, “You’re going to have to pay for it.” I was never expecting anything for free — I simply wanted clarification on my order. The way it was handled felt rude and dismissive. I responded, “You know what, don’t worry about it. I don’t like your attitude,” and left. Whoever reads this — especially someone from corporate — I hope you seriously consider better customer service training for your employees. Customers should be treated with respect, and staff shouldn’t make assumptions or respond with attitude when someone is simply asking about their order. Where do I start with this place I ordered tim bits through DoorDash My Tim bits don't come to find out Tim Hortons did not have any tim bits but they charge me for them. Coffee was burnt tasted like yesterday's. And the lady on the phone when I called to ask where my timbits were rude like she doesn't appreciate that she has a job to feed herself timbits Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
