Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a Chai Tea Latte and received a cup that was only about two-thirds full, with a burnt, bitter taste and no chai flavor. When I went back to have it corrected, the employee at the front was rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, the replacement was just as bad—watery, overly sweet, and still lacking chai bag or any chai taste. I ended up visiting another Tim Hortons location, where the staff confirmed the drink had not been made properly. I had to pay again to get a proper Chai Tea Latte. Poor product quality and poor customer service. Staff training is clearly needed. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1

I just noticed they gave me an oatmeal raisin cookies instead of a chocolate chunk cookie chocolate chunk is on the receipt, not oatmeal raisin, but mistakes happen so I can’t be mad. Also low-key they just put me onto oatmeal raisin. It’s actually pretty good never would’ve tried it otherwise lol so thank you Tim Hortons for making really good cookies.

Went to this Tim Hortons location tonight after placing a mobile order ahead of time for my kids. We arrived and waited at the pickup area for more than 15 minutes while our order continued to show as “brewing.” During that time, we watched many other customers come in, order, and receive their drinks before us. When I finally approached staff to ask about it, I was told we needed to “verify” our order with them first or they would not start making it. I’ve used the Tim Hortons app at dozens of locations, along with many other mobile ordering apps, and have never once been told customers are expected to announce or verify a prepaid mobile order before it gets made. What made the experience worse was the response from the team lead, Sarah. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Instead, she was rude, rolled her eyes, and said, “Do you want your order or not?” Very disappointing experience, especially with kids waiting. We used to visit this location often, but after tonight, we won’t be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
