Visited this Tim Hortons today and was really impressed by how clean and welcoming it was. The staff member at the counter was super polite and patient while taking my order. I grabbed a coffee and some Timbits, and everything tasted exactly like it should. It’s nice to visit a location where the team clearly takes pride in their work. Will definitely be back! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quick and accurate service. Staff are friendly and familiar. Staff are also regularly out cleaning the drive through and building envelope. Best Tim's and Best drive through I've been to in a long time. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love this Tim Hortons, it is my go to in the mornings as they are fast and the food is always hot. It's very convenient for me as I work across the street. The staff are amazing I haven't had one bad experience in my three years going to this location. I go so often they know my order and always have it made in a timely manner. The staff are always smiling and looking like they love their jobs! All their employees are truly amazing and it is a great start to my day. Thank you Tim Hortons Albany!
