Why is the staff lying to the customers regarding the washroom? It’s insane 3 guest asked for the washroom keys, which are told it’s been occupied. When I waited there and sat there for the washroom to be emptied. The key is been provided by the other employees, saying please use it. Do you guys built a washroom for the customers to use or to be locked and not be used? Teach your employees there to care cleaning it and not denying the customers the opportunity to use it. Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10

Great experience this time at Tim Hortons! The customer service this evening was very pleasant. Special mention to the customer server at the counter (sorry I couldn’t get her name) and Anastasia — both were kind, welcoming, and polite. Unlike our previous visit, this time the place was much cleaner, the service was quicker, and the food was good. A request to offer the breakfast loaded boxes throughout the day. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you! Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

coffee not trustable after 5pm. the other two nearby westend locations are better if you aren't getting your coffee during "prime" hours. i drive the extra 5 minutes past this one even though this one is way closer to my house. you should make your employees taste the coffee they are giving out more Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10
