I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this has honestly been bothering me. I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons regularly for almost 3 years, and I also run my business nearby, so this place has been part of my daily routine for a long time. Over the past week, something feels different. I usually do drive thru. The staff barely say Hi. Just blunt faces and cold interactions. Maybe it’s nothing personal, but when you come somewhere almost every day for years, you notice when the warmth disappears. As a brown immigrant, it honestly makes me wonder sometimes if public attitudes are changing, even though I don’t experience this feeling at other stores. I’m not accusing anyone of anything, just sharing how the experience has genuinely made me feel lately. It’s disheartening because small acts of kindness and respect matter more than people realize. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Zero customer service. They got the order wrong, and when I asked for the correct order, they said they didn’t have it. I requested a refund, and the staff became rude, stared aggressively, and argued harshly. Very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
