The burgers were quite nice taste but the place is dirty. Once we had cleared the last person's debris I asked the guy at the counter for our table to be whipped, he told the manager, but he just laughed, nice to lead by example! We had to whipe it ourselves, also the toilets were like the third world. We spent the whole meal feeling like we didn't want to touch anything and watching if our kids had dropped food on the table so they didn't eat it. Its a shame, it could be nice but it just felt a bit too grim. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I’d like to take a moment to appreciate the incredible effort of one of your staff members (Rebecca). During a particularly busy time at the café, she was managing everything on her own—cleaning tables, keeping the space tidy, and at the same time delivering trays to customers. Despite the rush, she remained focused, efficient, and calm throughout. It was clear she is a very hardworking and dedicated individual who truly cares about both the café and its customers. Her ability to handle multiple responsibilities without letting the quality of service drop did not go unnoticed. Staff like her make a real difference to the customer experience, and she deserves recognition for her commitment and work ethic. Meal type: Other Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4

A guy called Harvey served us at Tim Horton Lakeside. I cant appreciate and thank enough for such a brilliant service. My kids took long to decide and he was calm patient and professional all the way. He was marvellous and we intend on coming again because of having great service from Harvey!
