Good place for a quick coffee and breakfast. Staff are friendly and service is usually fast. Coffee tastes fresh and the store is clean. Nice spot to stop by in the morning. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. The coffee I was served was burnt and tasted extremely unpleasant. When I called to address the issue, I spoke with the manager, Amanda. Unfortunately, the interaction was just as disappointing. She was dismissive and came across as rude, and there was no effort made to resolve the issue or provide any meaningful customer service. I understand mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. In this case, both the product quality and the response fell well below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both quality control and customer service moving forward Service: 1
