I came thru asking for egg bites. The drive thru person said there's only one out of two left , and asked me if I wanted it. I asked her if I'm supposed to pay for 2 if there's only one left? She said there's no other way to put it in .Without hesitation she tries to justify charging me DOUBLE for half of the Product. Any other decent worker would've just said don't worry about it and handed it over. But that's OK. I tip those with common decency . . . The others, well they can get a "double" thank you instead

I visit this Tim Hortons regularly and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, fast, and welcoming. I especially want to mention Shivangi she remembers my order and always serves me with a smile. It really makes my day when someone cares that much about their customers. Because of her and the team, this location feels warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!” Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a former employee/ customer they treat there co workers as if there garbage and they never wash their hands, use food items that has been dropped on the floor never cleaned and the owner is these reviews making it sound like the best place on earth. DONT be fooled and go somewhere else where they not only treat us employees but give you better customer experience where Mcdonalds right beside it there is a reason there drive thru line is so busy and ours is dead. We had so many compliments on food poisoning and cross contamination dont risk getting sick here not worth it.
