Don’t order food from this location! I just ordered wedges with chipotle dip and the wedges were hard as rocks and the dip was not chipotle! They put some extremely hot hot sauce into some mayo, was gross couldn’t be eaten Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Very rude in store and in drive-through, the entire staff, there should be fired re-hiring should be done. Retraining should be done and this location might be salvageable. I’ll take my business to upper James or the other location on golf links. This location is a disgrace to Tim Hortons and To Canadians everywhere. Special shout out to the tall gentleman working the drive-through barely speaks. English does not know how to take an order does not know how to service people or greets. I’m amazed how this guy got a job Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
