I was there moment ago , ordered 6 bagel with lots of modifications in sandwich, but the lady MENTA ( dont remember exactly name) was very patient and very nice . Amazing atmosphere Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When you order the food they don't listen properly as they're constantly on headsets taking order from drive thru.. Got the order wrong and the order had foreign substance. Went back and my wrap got cold as they forgot to get our drink made correct. Asked for the drink no one is their to take accountability. All of sudden I don't have a drink. My food is cold. Never coming back. Except parminder everyone else looked clueless. Price per person: $20–30

I am writing to report an issue that occurred during my last Uber delivery at Tim Hortons Gregg Ave. location. The manager refused to provide a proper paper bag for the order and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. This behavior is unacceptable and creates difficulties for delivery partners trying to do their job properly. I request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
