Never had a problem at this location until today. Ordered a coffee, while waiting for my food I took a sip of my coffee and realized it didn’t taste like what I ordered. Told the nice young lady at the window and was told they would remake my coffee. Few moments later another woman came to the window and blankly stared at me and asked me “what’s the issue” I explained that my coffee didn’t taste like it had any flavoring in it. I received attitude and told that they had already put 3 pumps in the coffee. I again explained that it didn’t taste like it, instead of making a new coffee they took mine and put 3 extra pumps in came back to the window and told me “how about you stir it up this time and try again” with attitude. The nice young lady at the window apologized again and I left. I’m not one to write a bad review or complain but the customer service was terrible and I will not be returning to this location. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20

Hi Cheyenne—I'm sorry today didn’t go the way it should at Tim Hortons. When your coffee didn’t taste right and the situation at the window turned into unhelpful back-and-forth, that’s not the experience we want you to have. Thanks for letting us know. I accidentally threw my receipt away and couldn’t do the survey for the two ladies working yesterday morning. So I want to be sure this reaches them - I very rarely visit Tim hortons and yesterday the women working were SO kind, generous, fast, and friendly. The girl that packed my timbits made my whole week on a Monday morning Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
