Pues a los canadienses les gusta mucho ir aquí porque es barato. Pero no te recomiendo que te sientes a comer, y más ahora que está la pandemia. Siempre hay gente tosiendo y las mesas siempre están sucias. Si puedes solo compra rápido para llevar o por el servicio de venta en coche. Los timbits están cool

We had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons around 10:40 p.m., close to closing time. I ordered a iced coffee and my friend ordered a small double-double. His coffee was as cold as an iced coffee. Being considerate, he politely asked if they could heat it up, saying he just prefers very hot coffee. Instead, the two ladies at the window raised their voices and insisted the coffee wasn’t cold. I even offered to pay for a new one, but they refused. To show them, my friend washed his hand with the coffee right in front of them. Only then did they say the machine was already shut down and offered a $2 gift card. My friend was so frustrated by how we were treated that he simply walked away.! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

I had a disappointing experience at this place. When I first arrived, the staff seemed unfriendly and a bit annoyed, possibly because it was close to closing time. I ordered a drink, but it did not have enough whipped cream. I politely asked if it could be filled, but I was told no and my request was refused. After that, I felt ignored and left standing without any help or explanation. Overall, the service made me feel unwelcome and not valued as a customer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
