Customer service is great but actually getting what you pay for is rare...pretty bad i have to smell my iced capps & check my sandwiches ( im still confused on how sausage and bacon can be mixed up) before i drive off, pays extra for flavor shots and rarely gets it. I live 20 mins away so its not easy to go back and fix it. Ive had my order repeated at least 5 times before and when i got the window it was still wrong ‍ if im paying over $6 every single time it should be right. Just got home and of course its messed up again. I get its busy sometimes but tonight there was hardly anyone there, the same with every evening. Starting to feel like a big rip off. I can honestly say ive given them thousands of dollars in flavor shots alone that ive never gotten. I had to go out and buy my own caramel flavor to fix it. Please do better and pay attention.

It's a standard Tim Hortons, What do you expect. And like every other Tim Hortons, they need to hire local workers. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20
