I was so pleased with my experience. I got in line and within minutes the line up went by and I was served. They were busy but still managing good service. William served me and he was so friendly with us and accommodating with my unusual order. Thanks William at this Tim Horton’s for working hard ensuring our order was out and we were happy! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was patiently waiting for my order, when i saw a heavy set blonde woman yelling at an employee in training. This is unacceptable. Her name tag read Alyssa. Food was fantastic and restaurant was very clean. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I come to this Tim Hortons almost every day, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is Kutaiba, He's always working hard no matter how busy it gets, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job, He's one of the nicest people here, always respectful, positive, and easy to talk to. Even when the store is packed, he keeps a good attitude and treats everyone kindly, which honestly makes a big difference in your day. You don't see that kind of personality everywhere. He's always helping his team, staying on top of things, and making customers feel welcome at the same time, Great worker, great energy, and just an overall solid person. This place is lucky to have him. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
