Go here a lot and usually no problem but went through drive thru little after 10pm and clerk wouldn't not allow food order (Bagel toasted butter)after 10pm that makes no sense if they close drive thru at 11pm and why don't they advertise no food orders after 10pm, I just wanted a bagel. Doesn't make any sense 05/14/26 1012pm I'm going to complain to the franchise Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The coffee is amazing but please don't go in the morning because you will be waiting longer than usual The drive-thru was wrapped outside the parking lot so we decided to go inside that was a mistake because the dining room was packed full of people walking in and out in between the lines then they were so busy that it took forever for the employees that were being trained to complete one single order kelton enterprises needs to understand that it's not okay to train new employees during the morning rush. Then to make matters worse the manager Deanna has a poor attitude and walks around like she has a stick up her behind. I'd much rather drive out of my way to deal with her store then drive 2 miles from my house and have the deal with the horrible crowd staff and store that is close to me I refuse I repeat I refuse to go to the Tim Hortons on Transit and Genesee Street that is run by cinnamon. Cinnamon store is horrible All the employees are incompetent and very uneducated they sound like they have marbles in their mouth when they talk to you. Overall I give this story 3.5 stars out of five Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
