It’s disappointing to hear this about Tim Hortons—when deals feel hard to use, it’s frustrating. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on the exclusions and how the promotions work. Your feedback is helpful, and we’ll use it to look at how these offers are communicated and applied so more guests can actually take advantage of them. We hope you’ll consider giving us another try.
