I visit this location regularly and always have the best experiences, rather dining in or drive thru service is fast staff is friendly store is clean food is fresh.

We love this Tim Hortons. It’s far from our house on 26 mile and we live in Saint Clair Shores but we go to this one versus the one by our house because the food’s always fresh. The people are always kind and the store is always clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location is the worst. They never have any of the food items you asked to order they never get your order right today. We ordered a number one and didn’t come with hashbrowns or orange juice. They don’t tell you that until you get to the window, of course. Last week I was told how to order an item because they were training as if we were supposed to know that the week before that I ordered a bagel sandwich and I got it on a biscuit after waiting for almost a half hour the time before that we asked for a French vanilla cappuccino and we had some chocolate with chocolate syrup. Don’t waste your time or your money. Customer service is terrible. The management here is terrible and the workers will never get your order Right Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
