Your staff has been very rude. Yesterday; had a server whom I asked if I could have a knife for the butter and croissant I had ordered, She was rude and said 'did you think I would let u put it on with your fingers ?' At the same time making gestures with her fingers,: She had a very aggressive attitude! We had another staff today that was very rude too Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was looking to buy something for my admitted family member to eat today and upon getting up to the counter was accosted by a very hostile employee because I didn’t realize that there was a very unclearly marked line area with one person in it. I said sorry, embarrassed that I had unintentionally cut the line and went to go back behind other person. I was then rudely addressed again as I was leaving for going back to the line instead of staying to order, while the employee rolled her eyes. This hospital is a building full of people experiencing bad times and losses and this was absolutely disgusting behaviour. Imagine being treated like this by this clearly disgruntled and foul employee after just receiving a a new cancer diagnosis or your family member passing away etc. Service: 1

On Thursday, Nov 23rd I unfortunately had to visit the Oshawa hospital. I went to the Tim Hortons inside there, and I was truly in a sad place. I was greeted by a woman by the name Michelle. I believe she had red hair. She truly made me feel like I was important and not just another customer. I was sad that day she welcomed me with a smile she directed me to where to pick up my coffee. I was truly greadful for her kind words and manner in which she presented herself. Your facility should be grateful for having a customer service rep like her. I would definitely come back just hoping to be served by Michelle again. I hope she will get to see this as I would like to thank her for how she made me feel a little better that day. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
