Had the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. Very poor service and communication. I waited over 30min for a coffee, frozen lemonade and a doughnut. First they called out for a French vanilla, and he was looking at me. I said that's not what I order red and he goes 'oh, I meant 2 cream 1 sugar". Multiple people ahead of me had ordered iced caps and after waiting 15min or so they got frustrated and went to the counter only to be told their ice cap machine is down. Why did no one say anything? Upon hearing this I asked a worker if that meant the frozen lemonade can't be made that I ordered and was told that they can still make it. I asked what the hold up is then and they said "we're busy". I wait another 10+minutes and someone asks me if I'm waiting on something. I tell them I'm still waiting on my doughnut and frozen lemonade, only to be told they can't make a frozen lemonade! They ask if I want a regular lemonade instead and I say fine. They give me my items and then as I'm about to walk out I go check the prices and see that the regular lemonade is cheaper than a frozen one and no one had even offered to refund me the difference. Such a scam. I ask to be refunded the difference and the person at the counter refunds me for a regular lemonade in full. I argue that the pricing seems off and I just want the difference and they assure me they are refunding me for the frozen lemonade and then I can repurchase the regular lemonade. Lo and behold they refunded me for the regular lemonade instead of the frozen lemonade I ordered. They decided just to give it to me for free for the whole hassle but this whole experience was absolutely ridiculous. 10 workers and no one seemed to know what the heck they were doing. Will NEVER go back. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were on our way home from Ipperwash and decided to grab a coffee. Yes it was very hot however the coffee was so bitter like the pots weren’t cleaned out. The washrooms had some sort of bugs on the floor which were disgusting and the toilets wouldn’t flush properly. Had to flush it twice. We certainly won’t be stopping there again. Service: 4

The new owners are not managing this location well! And the new staff cannot get the orders correct. Been there three times and every time the order was wrong. Given coffee instead of tea Bagel belt came out with no lettuce or tomatoes Dozen donuts and only 10 in the box. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
