Came here on may 24th. Ordered a bagel blt. Received a bagel with I cannot make this up, ONLY LETTUCE AND BACON no cheese, no egg, no tomato. I asked for mayo to be added, the guy said it comes with it already on there. Never has mayo been added before so I asked for extra mayo, and still nothing. When you spend $8 on something you expect it to be done right?? Just upset that we couldn’t go back, as we had left for Calgary. Food: 1

Would really appreciate if the worker wasn’t mauling the lid people have to drink out of with their hands while coughing as well very disgusting don’t even want the drink at that point Service: 1

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place is completely mismanaged and lacking any sense of professionalism. The floors were sticky, garbage was overflowing, and the overall environment felt neglected and unsanitary. I even noticed staff ignoring basic hygiene practices, which is extremely concerning for a business that serves the public. To make matters worse, i have tried to reach out and talk to the "owner" and he brushes it off and pushes it away. JP has zero care for this Tim Hortons and is a joke to the fast food industry as a whole. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
