It was horrible service. The customers in the store were ignored. Maybe you need more staff in peek hrs . Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in to get a coffee, while ordering i was opening my app to get my scan for my points, The young girl who served me, I never even got the chance to turn my phone to scan and she no once asked if I was collecting points. She finalized the transaction before I could and I said TO MYSELF! not directed to anyone. (Her) (Freedom of expressing) And she goes ahead and ignorantly passed/tossed my money back at me and says she's not serving me. People go in to tims to get a coffee for 1 or all of 3 things, Headaches Fatigue (something to stay awake on the road) Or addiction. If Your your employees can't handle customers having a bad day, then go ahead and make it their own problem, Maybe they shouldn't be working there I have had nothing but great service there until that ignorant blonde little girl made it all about her. Not impressed, worst service I've ever had at tims and I've waited over 45 mins before elsewhere.. 1/5 stars because of that young child Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came here to buy coffee this morning. Friday, December 12' 2025 at around 6AM. (Being specific so you can know who the staffs are) 2 ladies were in the store. The one at the window, no smile, didnt talk a single word, arrogant body language, gave the coffee and food as she gave it to me for free. Took the payment and gave food with her face turning the other way. Core arrogance and extremely rude behaviour. These are the face of Tim Hortons? Just happened to read the previous reviews, Great. This has been happening from more than 3 years and customers have always complained about this. Still couldn't get these guys fired. I mean is the owner really aware that these staffs are spoiling your reputation? Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
